The Hill published an article co-authored by Matthew Dowd of Dowd Scheffel PLLC and the Honorable Paul R. Michel (Ret.), former chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The article is titled “Stronger Patent Rights Would Help Promote US Technological Leadership.” It discusses two bills introduced before Congress, the Endless Frontier Act and the STRONGER Patents Act. It states that the adoption of both bills together would protect innovation and result in “life-changing technologies and consumer products.”
