Matthew Dowd Gives Informative Presentation Regarding IP Rights at The Midwest IP Institute

On September 28th, 2023, Matthew J. Dowd participated in the opening keynote presentation by Chief Judge Paul R. Michel (ret.) at the 2023 Midwest IP Institute. The title of the keynote presentation was "My Thirty-Five Year Perspective on Intellectual Property, and Where We Stand Now." The presentation touched on pressing issues in patent, copyright, and trademark law in the era of ever-advancing technology and global competition.
