Matthew J. Dowd Participates in Panel About “Winning and Losing at the Federal Circuit”

During the week of May 13, 2024, Matthew J. Dowd took part in IPWatchdog’s 2024 Patent Litigation Master Program. Mr. Dowd’s time was spent analyzing Federal Circuit statistics, including that there is an approximately 1-in-6 chance of getting a decision reversed from district courts. Other panelists at the program included retired Federal Circuit Chief Judges Paul R. Michel and Randall R. Rader, and current Federal Circuit Judge Pauline Newman.
