Stat News Publishes Article Related to Dowd Scheffel Case

Feb. 9, 2021: Stat News published an article titled “To the Delight of Generic Drug Makers, Federal Appeals Court Tosses Controversial ‘Skinny Labeling’ Decision” that discusses the Federal Circuit’s order in Glaxosmithkline LLC v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. The order vacates its October 2020 hearing and rehold oral arguments before the same three-judge panel. Dowd Scheffel submitted an amicus brief in the matter, co-written by Professor Michael Carrier or Rutgers Law School. Both Mr. Dowd and Professor Carrier provide insight on what issues the Federal Circuit could focus on during the rehearing.
